Click NEXT on the WELCOME TO THE ADD PRINTER WIZARD page.

I will leave the LOCAL PRINTER ATTACHED TO THIS COMPUTER checked and I will leave the AUTOMATICALLY

DETECT AND INSTALL MY PLUG AND PLAY PRINTER option checked.

I will click NEXT.

You can see here that the printer was not detected.

I will click NEXT and install the printer manually.

I will leave the LPT1: (Recommended Printer Port) selected and click NEXT.

I will select the HP LaserJet 4M and click NEXT.

I will leave the PRINTER NAME to the default but you can change the name to anything you desire.

I will leave the radio button set to YES so this will be my default printer.

I will click NEXT.

The SHARE NAME is selected by default.

You can modify this name to anything you desire.

I will click NEXT.

Place in a LOCATION and COMMENT about this printer.

Click NEXT.

You will be asked DO YOU WANT TO PRINT A TEST PAGE?

Select YES or NO and click NEXT.

Click FINISH.

You can see the printer is highlighted that I just installed and it is shared showing the hand under the printer.

The other two previously installed printers were not shared and you can see this since they do not have a hand under them.
